1. Acceptance

Using this website or its editing tools means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Picscut provides AI-assisted image editing, including background removal, retouching and export. We may add, change or withdraw features, and we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the results you export. You confirm that you own those images or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We claim no ownership of your files and do not use them to train models.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not use the service to create deceptive imagery intended to defraud or defame.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Do not resell access to the service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Accounts

Paid plans require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Plans, billing and renewal

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes where stated. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See pricing for what each plan includes.

7. Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact support@picscut.app within 14 days of payment and we will review your case and refund where fair.

8. Intellectual property

The Picscut name, logo, interface and code remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

9. Third-party services

The site relies on third parties for hosting, payments and, where enabled, advertising and analytics. Their terms apply to their portion of the service.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". Automated results vary with the input image and are not guaranteed to be suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of important files.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance. Questions go to support@picscut.app.
